Prices and contracts
How much does Ad Twig cost?
Monthly restaurant plans start from ৳25,000 (Sprout), ৳45,000 (Branch) and ৳75,000 (Forest). Business plans start from ৳15,000. A Growth Check is ৳5,000 and is credited to your first month if you sign within 14 days.
Is ad spend included?
No. You pay Meta directly by card or bKash. We manage spend up to the limit in your plan.
How long is the contract?
The first term is three months, then month to month with 30 days’ notice.
When do I pay?
Monthly fees are paid in advance by the 5th. One-off work is 50% upfront and 50% on delivery.
Approvals and access
Do I approve everything?
Yes. Every post, price and offer is sent to you first. Content not approved within 48 hours moves to the next slot.
Will you need my passwords?
No. We work through partner access in Meta Business Suite and the delivery partner portals. You own every account.
How many revisions do I get?
Two rounds per piece.
Who will I talk to?
The founder handles strategy and your account directly, with specialists for design, writing, video and photography.
Delivery apps and results
Are you a Foodpanda or Pathao partner?
No. Ad Twig is independent. Our founder spent 6.5+ years at Foodpanda and uses that experience on your side. We never use any platform’s internal data or contacts.
Can you guarantee more orders?
No one honest can. We plan, measure and report every month in orders, messages and visits, and change what isn’t working.
How soon will I see a difference?
Listing and photo fixes can show up within weeks. Social media and ads usually take two to three months to settle.
Do you buy followers or reviews?
Never.
