How billing works
- Monthly fees are paid in advance by the 5th, by bank transfer or bKash. One-off work is 50% upfront and 50% on delivery.
- Retainers start with three months, then run month to month with 30 days’ notice. Commit to three months and Kickstart is half price.
- Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta, by card or bKash. It is never part of our fee.
- Next month’s calendar reaches you by the 18th and needs approval by the 22nd. Pieces are approved within 48 hours.
- You own every page, ad account and file. We work through partner access and never ask for passwords.
- Prices exclude VAT, payment and top-up fees.
Package questions
Why “from” prices?
Two restaurants on the same plan can need very different shoots, menus and ad budgets. We confirm your exact scope and fee in writing before you pay.
What if my ad spend grows past the plan limit?
You can move up a plan, or we add 10% of the extra spend as a management fee. We agree this in writing before any change.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. After the first three months you can move up or down with 30 days’ notice.
Are influencer and food-vlogger fees included?
No. We coordinate them, but their fees are agreed and paid separately.
Do you charge VAT?
Prices shown exclude VAT. Your invoice shows VAT separately where it applies.
