Which file should I use?
Any of the three Foodpanda gives you in the partner portal: the invoice PDF, the Excel file with Appendix A and B, or the ZIP that holds both. The ZIP or Excel file gives the most detail, such as cash versus online orders.
Weekly or monthly?
Either. Foodpanda invoices usually cover a week. Check a few in a row to see a trend, or bring a month of them to a Growth Check.
